Maintaining the health and safety of our patients, employees, and community is our top priority.

To ensure social distancing to the best of our ability, we must limit the number of people in the office. We are asking patients to bring only one family member/friend with them during their visit. They must remain with you through out your exam. At this time we are not allowing visitors to wait in the reception area.

Patients must meet the following criteria:

  • Follow social distancing policies.
  • Have had no symptoms or exposure in the last 14 days.
  • Temperature of less than 100.0F.

 Mask Policy:

  • Patients and approved visitors must wear a mask. Masks are still required in all healthcare facilities.
  • Masks must fully cover the nose and mouth.
